Regular Shipping

All web orders, regardless of size, are eligible for FREE SHIPPING! We ship all domestic orders through the United States Postal Service at no cost. The shipping address must be a valid U.S. address. If your package does not arrive within 10 business days of shipment we will send a replacement at no charge.

NOTE: During the holiday season, this delivery window has been extended to 15 business days, as the USPS is expecting delays in their delivery times. We apologize for the inconvenience.

(Some brands listed are considered special order and may require a minimum purchase or shipping fee. These products will not be available for purchase online. You will have to contact our office for more information about these special order brands.)

Expedited Service

You can request an alternate or faster method such as Fed Ex, UPS or Express Mail, however, you will be required to pay the costs associated with these services. You may email or phone customer service before or after you have placed your order letting us know how quickly you need to receive it. We will quote you the available options for you to choose from before processing your order.

Backordered items

Any items that are not in stock at the time of your order will be sent as soon as they arrive at our facility, which normally takes no longer than 2-3 business days. We will notify you via email or phone if any of your items are on backorder. If you would like those items sent separately, there is no cost for the additional shipment/s. Sometimes the product you are looking for is on backorder from the vendor and may take longer than 2-3 days. If this happens, you will be notified via email.

Return Policy

We will accept any unopened product within 30 days of receipt, with the exception of special requests and probiotics. Please notify us prior to the return of your merchandise. You will be issued a Return Authorization number. You will be charged 20% on all returned items. Your charge card will be credited once the product is received in our office.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, to most places. To place an international order, you must call or email us. Orders CANNOT BE PLACED ONLINE.

Orders to Germany are at your risk; they may be returned.

Please be aware of your local countries' customs laws; if your package is refused and sent back to us, we will credit you for the order minus the shipping costs. Remember that you will have to pay taxes on your order as it enters your country.

We accept only credit cards as a method of payment for international orders. The price of shipping will be determined by the weight, and service of your order. At this time we only offer two methods of international shipping: Priority and Express, both via the United States Postal Service.
